How much does a service call cost?+
$89 for the diagnostic visit, and it's waived if you go ahead with the repair. You'll get a written flat-rate price before any work starts. No hourly meter running.
Do you charge extra for evenings or weekends?+
After-hours calls are $149 instead of $89. Maintenance plan members never pay a surcharge, any day, any time.
Repair or replace?+
Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than a third of a new system and the unit is over 12 years old, we'll show you both numbers and tell you what we'd do in your house. We don't pay commission, so nobody's pushing a replacement.
Do you offer financing?+
Yes. $0 down and 0% for 18 months on new systems with approved credit, plus Idaho Power rebates that we file for you.
